She was a lifelong member of First Lutheran Church in Fort Smith, and she was the bookkeeper for Schriver and Son General Contractors. She was a devoted and loyal friend to many, a helpmate to her husband and an extraordinary mother to her children, her chosen daughters and her stepgrandchildren

In death, she is reunited with the love of her life, her husband of 66 years, George Calvin Schriver, and their daughter, Mary Ann, who passed away as a toddler.

She is mourned by her daughter, Elizabeth Lynn Schriver of Fort Smith and her son, Jimmy Calvin Schriver and his wife Sandra Lynn Fulton Schriver of Cedarville. She will be missed by her many friends.

A family graveside service is planned. Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
