Mary McCracken Robison of Fort Smith, Arkansas departed this life on the morning of Saturday, October 8, 2005, to be with her Lord and Savior and late husband Jeff Robison. She was 77 years old when she passed.

She was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas on November 1,1927. She went on to become the first female real estate broker and Realtor to have her own agency in northwest Arkansas. Mary was elected to Who's Who of American Women in 1979. She later became a delegate to the 1984 Republican National Convention representing Newport Beach, California. Her interest in politics led to her presidency of both the Fort Smith and Muskogee Women's Republican Association. Mary was also a past president of the PTA for both Fairview Elementary and Ramsey Junior High schools.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, October 11, 2005, at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Roselawn Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home of Fort Smith.

She is survived by her son; and her daughter, Danna and son-in-law Ernie. She also had many loving grandchildren, and one great-grandson. She is also survived by two sisters, Betty and husband Roy and Kay, and numeraous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Lona and Jesse McCracken and younger sister, Annabeth McCollester.
