February 1, 1907 - September 11, 1975
Walter Moorman, 68 years old, 2720 Oak Lane, Van Buren, Arkansas died Thursday, September 11, 1975 at his home.
A member of Southside Baptist Church in Fort Smith, Arkansas, he was a retired cattleman and founder of Moorman Packing Company later known as Tankersley Brothers.
Survivors are his wife, Margie; three daughters, Edna Lee, Mary and Mazie; two sons; a sister, Edna; and nine grandchildren.
Funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Fentress Mortuary. Jack Pollard was the officiating minister. Burial was in Roselawn cemetery.
