October 8, 1931 - October 6, 2004
Barbara E. Meek, 72, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, October 6, 2004, in Fort Smith. She was a private piano teacher for many years, a member of the Federate Music Teachers Association of America and the First Lutheran Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thurman and Ruth Meek; and her brother, Robert Nelson "Bobby" Meek.
Funeral service was held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, October 12, 2004, at First Lutheran Church in Fort Smith with burial at Roselawn Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
She is survived by one brother, and his wife, and two nephews.
