Robert Garrett Marvel was the son of Louis McClellan Marvel and Lizzie Kate Garrett. He married Jean Richardson Oct 3, 1931 at Watonga Oklahoma. Robert Garrett Marvel was the brother of my Great Grandmother Ida Marvel Williams.

Jean Marvel Loveless, 100, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away Monday, August 26, 2013 in a local hospital.
She was born in Tuckerman, Arkansas to James H. and Martha O. (Martin) Richardson.

She was raised in a farming community and had many memories of the Great Depression and the Dust Bowl. She was a member of Grand Ave. Baptist church. She was preceded in death by her first husband of 50 years, Robert Marvel and by her second husband Feldred Loveless and by a daughter, Bobbie Bullington.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Roselawn Cemetery under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith, Arkansas.

She is survived by two daughters, Delilah "Sue" Fowler and her husband Walter and Charlotte Caldwell and her husband Herman both of Fort Smith, Arkansas; 6 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 16 great great grandchildren.
Pallbearers are Robert, Doug and Carvin Smith, Dennis Fowler, Grayson and Grant Hall, Ed Hurlburt and Jim Brisher.
