Mrs. Lessie E. Roark, 91, died early Tuesday morning in a local nursing home. She was born Jan. 23, 1882 at Hampton, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rufus Dunn. Funeral services are set for Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Faustina Methodist Church, with burial in Dunn Cemetery, by Proctors. Mrs. Roark held membership in Faustina Methodist Church for many years. She is survived by two daughter, Mrs. Harland R. Burnham of Camden, and Mrs. Beryl F. Anthony of El Dorado; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Elise Roark of Camden; five grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild; two brothers, Jack Dunn and Watson Dunn, both of Hampton. The family will be at 1721 Woodcliff in Camden. (Camden News - July 9, 1973)
