April 24, 1915 - February 23, 2012
Ruby Marie Cowan Kay, 96, of Hot Springs died on Thursday, February 23, 2012. She was born on April 24, 1915 in Garber, Arkansas to the late Archie Griffith and May Carlile Griffith. She was of the Baptist faith and a retired waitress.
She was predeceased by her husband, Raymond Kay, one son, William H. "Bill" Cowan and all her brothers and sisters.
Survivors include, two grandsons and their spouses, Danny and Leslie Cowan of Lono, AR and Jerry and Vanessa Cowan of Hot Springs, eight great-grandchildren, one great great-grandchild and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 10:00 A.M. in the Hot Springs Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Darryle Sulton officiating.
Pallbearers are Danny Cowan, Joseph Cowan, Billy Joe Griffith, Robbie Griffith, Johnny Wayne Griffith and Bobby Griffith.
Burial will be in Crestview Memorial Park.
