Leroy Kolb was the oldest son of Jess and Grace Kolb. He was living in Ft. Smith, Arkansas at the time of his death.
Son of Jesse Otto and Grace May Rowe Kolb

Leroy married Edna J. Huey on February 28, 1942 in Sebastian County, Arkansas. He and his wife were the parents of two sons. Their oldest son, Leroy, Jr. "Sonny" was killed in service during the Vietnam War on April 9, 1966.

Edna Kolb Carroll, 95, formerly of Fort Smith, Arkansas, entered into rest on Monday, November 4, 2013 in Van Buren, Arkansas. She was born June 20, 1918 in Jenny Lind, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Harry and Roda Huey. She was a retired Cafeteria Manager for Darby Junior High after 28 years of service and of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Leroy Kolb, second husband, Archie Carroll and one son, LeRoy Sr. Survivors include her son, Robert Kolb and wife Ronda of Van Buren, Arkansas, daughter in law, JoAnn Carroll of Fort Smith, 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 8, 2013 at Lewis Funeral Chapel, Fort Smith with interment at Roselawn Cemetery, Fort Smith, AR. Pallbearers will be family.
