April 16, 1938 - August 8, 2009
Bertus "Don" Hall, 71, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on Saturday August 8, 2009 in a local hospital.
He was longtime resident of Fort Smith, Arkansas, he was born in 1938 in Atkins, AR and a graduate of Atkins High School.
He was a retired from Acosta Foods and a Baptist.
He was a former member of the Arkansas National Guard.
He was the son of the late Bert and Alyne Hall. He is survived by his wife Barbara of the home; a son and daughter-in-law, Grant and Samantha Hall of Fort Smith; one sister, JoAnn Baker and her husband Charles of Atkins; four grandchildren, Grayson, Hayden, Kylie, and Hayley Hall all of Fort Smith; and one niece, Jennifer Miller of Atkins.
Funeral service was at Ocker Memorial Chapel with Burial at Roselawn Cemetery in Fort Smith.

September 14, 1938 - March 10, 2020
Barbara A. Hall, 81 of Fort Smith passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2020 in a local hospital.
She retired for Sherman Williams Paints in Fort Smith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bertus Don Hall; her parents, Charlie and Ocie (Stout) May; three sisters, Joyce Otwell, Margie Faucett and Lesola Davis; two brothers, Charles and Haskell May.
She is survived by a son, Grant Hall and wife, Samantha of Fort Smith; four grandchildren, Grayson and wife, Ashliegh, Hayden, Kylie and Hayley Hall; one great grandchild, Wyatt Hall.
Funeral service will be at 11 AM Monday, March 16, 2020 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Roselawn Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home Van Buren.
Pallbearers will be Grayson Hall, Hayden Hall, Donny Pfiefer, Charles Alvin May, Tim Taylor and Jon Burcher.
