Bob
December 5, 1924 - June 7, 2010

Robert Henry "Bob" Hall, 85, of Fort Smith, our beloved husband, father, and grandfather, went to be with the Lord on June 7, 2010.

He was a member of the Riverside Baptist Church in San Antonio, TX.

Bob was born on December 5, 1924 to Robert Dewey Hall and Juanita Turner Hall in Kingsville, TX. He spent his childhood in Kingsville and San Antonio, TX. In early 1950, he met and married the love of his life, Geraldine McCollum, in San Antonio. They had their first child in 1951, Ruby Hall and a few years later moved to Tulsa, OK where their second child, Brenda Sue Hall was born, and Bob worked as a Salesman for Bama Pies. They then moved to Checotah, OK where they opened their first bakery, Mrs. Hall's Donut Shop. In 1957, they moved to Fort Smith, and opened their second Mrs. Hall's Donut Shop. In 1970, the couple added a third daughter, Crystal Renee Hall to their family. In 1972, the Hall's opened the Robert Hall Hearing Aid Center and Bob retired from the Hearing Aid Center in 2000. Bob and Geraldine have been residents of Fort Smith for the last 53 years.

Bob was a kind and caring person and had more love than "the law allows" which was one of his favorite quotes. He was a great salesman and loved selling things "besides his wife or dogs" another of his favorite quotes!

Bob leaves behind his loving and devoted wife of more than sixty years, Geraldine Hall of the home; three daughters, Ruby Poole and her husband Charlie of Texarkana, TX., Brenda Hines and her husband Greg of Conway, AR., Crystal Jacobs and her husband Marc of Kennewick, WA; seven grandchildren, Tracy Poole of Texarkana, TX., Taylor Hines and Hallee Hines of Fort Smith, Lindsey Hines-Jackson of Conway, and Christopher Price, Brittney Price-Kuhlman and Blaze Jacobs of Kennewick, WA. He also leaves behind two great grandchildren and two other great grand children who are "on the way". Bob will also be greatly missed by his loyal dogs, Lucky Georgie and Spanky Puppy.

When Bob entered into Heaven he was welcomed by his parents Robert D. Hall and Juanita Turner Hall, stepmother Ruby Hall, brother Jack Hall, sister Lydia Hall Cumpston, his favorite cousin Tommy Clemmons, and in-laws and good friends, Willie and G.L. Pilkington.

While we will miss our Husband, Daddy, and Papa beyond measure, we are thankful for the many happy memories that we are blessed to have shared with him.

Gerry
August 7, 1929 - November 23, 2016

On Wednesday, November 23rd, 2016, Geraldine "Gerry" Hall was welcomed into Heaven by her husband of over 60 years, Robert "Bob" Henry Hall.
She was born in Okay, OK on August 7th, 1929 to Irene Redmon McCollum and Joe McCollum.

She spent her childhood in Oklahoma on her family's farm. Later, she moved to San Antonio, TX where she met and married the love of her life, Robert "Bob" Henry Hall on March 25, 1950. They had their first child in 1951, Ruby Hall and a few years later moved to Tulsa, OK where their second child, Brenda Hall, was born. They then moved to Checota, OK where they opened their first bakery, Mrs. Hall's Donut Shop. In 1957, they moved to Fort Smith, AR and opened their second Mrs. Hall's Donut Shop. In 1970, Gerry and Bob added a third daughter, Crystal Hall, to their family. In 1972, the Hall's opened the Robert Hall Hearing Aid Center where they worked until they retired in 2000. Gerry was a warm, caring person that loved her family more than anything. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great grandmother. One of her greatest joys in life was spending time with her grandchildren. Whether playing kickball, freeze tag, or wading up and down the creek beside her house, she was always up for fun and adventure. She always had a good story to tell, and she loved to dance.

Gerry was welcomed into Heaven by her husband, Bob, her sisters, Pearl and Willie, her brothers, Floyd, Mike, Eugene, and Jerry, and her parents, Irene and Joe.

She leaves behind her three daughters, Ruby Poole of Fort Smith, Brenda Hines of Fort Smith, Crystal Jacobs of the state of Washington; seven grandchildren, Tracy Poole of Memphis, TN, Taylor Smith of Fort Smith, Hallee Piechocki of Olathe, KS, Lindsey Jackson of Fort Smith, Christopher Price, Brittney Price-Kuhlman, and Blaze Jacobs of the state of Washington, and nine great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters, Beulah, Jackie, and Betty, and her brothers, Willis, Cornell, Shelby, Bobby, Guy, Billy, and Ray. While Gerry will be greatly missed, we are thankful for the many happy memories that we are blessed to have shared with her.
