Edward “Junior” Fisher Jr., passed away on January 10, 2017.
Junior was born on January 28, 1947.

Junior retired from Donrey Media after many years of employment. He was a Ham Radio Operator KM5FB. He loved fishing, camping with his wife and family, he always looked forward to family get togethers so he could cook and play cards and dominos. His greatest achievement was his kids and grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents Nita and Andrew Kaelin, brothers; James and Roy Fisher and sisters; Lucille Vinland and Alice Sultana.

He is survived by his wife Loretta Fisher of the home, children; Mark and Joan Fisher of Fort Smith, Audrea and Lance Detweiler of Fort Smith and Sherri Rice of Fort Smith, brother and sister-in-law Johnny and Cathie Fisher of Van Buren, sister Irene Renninger of Jacksonville, AR brother-in-law and sister-in-law Roy Lee and Nikki Rogers of Davis, Oklahoma, grandchildren; Ashli Fisher, Derek Rice, Travis Fisher, Nik Detweiler and Graysn Fisher and many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.

Pallbearers will be Derek Rice, Kevin Rice, Travis Fisher, JP Price, Gary Stamps and Ricky Bruton.

Funeral Service will be 2:30 p.m. Friday, January 13, 2017 at Lewis-Roberts Funeral Chapel 4817 Kelley Hwy Fort Smith, Arkansas with Interment to follow at Roselawn Cemetery.

Loretta
January 14, 1949 - November 25, 2017

Loretta Ruth Fisher, also known by many as “Sissy,” passed away Saturday, Nov. 25, 2017, in Fort Smith.
She was born Jan. 14, 1949, in Fort Smith to the late Clifford and Ruth Rogers.

She retired from Whirlpool Federal Credit Union.

Loretta was a devoted Jehovah’s Witness, mother, sister, nana and friend to many. She loved her children more than words can describe, her grandchildren brought more joy than she ever imagined. She has left a hole in her family’s life that will never filled.

Loretta is preceded in death by the love of her life, Junior Fisher. She is survived by her three children, Mark and wife Joan Fisher of Fort Smith, Audrea Fisher of Greenwood and Sherri Rice of Rogers; her brother, Roy and wife Nikki Rogers of David, Okla.; her grandchildren, Derek Rice, Ashli Fisher, Travis Fisher, Nik Detweiler and Graysn Fisher; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Roselawn Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Derek Rice, Travis Fisher, Lance Detweiler, Michael Sultana, Richard Sultana and Tony Sultana. Honorary pallbearers will be Mike Bright Jr. and Gary Norman.
