MRS. BONAR PASSES AWAY IN MORRILLTON
Mrs. Mary Belle Orr Bonar, daughter of Robert P. Orr and Belle Lynn Orr, was born March 5, 1853. She died on Friday, October 25, 1934 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J.T. Moore in Morrillton, Ark.
On January 15, 1882, she was married to Stephen Bonar, who preceded her in death, he having passed away to his reward in March 1930.
At an early age she professed faith in Christ as a personal Savor and identified herself with the Presbyterian Church of which she continued a member until the time of her death.
She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. R.E. Womack of Jackson, Tenn.; Mrs. W.V. Womack of Blytheville, Ark.; Mrs. Frank Morris of Centerton; Mrs. J.T. Moore of Morrillton; and one son, R.P. Bonar of Hot Springs, Ark.
Funeral services were conducted by Rev. F.A. Bradshaw at the family burial plot in the cemetery at Bentonville Sunday afternoon at 2 o’clock in the presence of the sorrowing family and many sympathizing friends.
