Harvey L. Eastman was born September 29,1864 at LaMoille, Illinois.
He was a civil engineer who lived at St. Paul, Pittsburg, Louisville, Tulsa, and Little Rock, AR, during the years, 1907-1934.
He was a Mason and a Baptist.
He married Ena Ladelle Kermott at Fairmont, ND, May 1, 1888.
He died at Booneville, Arkansas, May 22, 1934.
