Connie Sue Choate, 81 of Ft. Smith passed away Monday, March 2, 2015.
She was born January 25, 1934 in Wewoka, OK to the late Harry and Billy Coughlan.
She loved her Lord and Savior and attended Haven Heights Baptist Church when she was able. She was a former housekeeper at Sparks Regional Medical Center and loved to dance and make fudge.
She was preceded in death by her son Frankie Evans.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, March 7, 2015 At Fentress Mortuary Chapel with burial to follow at Roselawn Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Fentress Mortuary.
Connie is survived by her sister Billie Trosper of Alma, her daughter Cyndi Miller of Ft. Smith, two sons; Larry Evans and Mark Evans, both of Ft. Smith, her sister Laura Rowe of Ontario, Canada, as well as 14 Grandchildren and several Great Grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Mark and Larry Evans, Troy Miller, Marcus and Kirk Evans, and Brandon Ming.

Frankie Evans age 50 of Fort Smith died Saturday July 16, 2005 in Fort Smith.
Graveside service was Wednesday July 20, 2005 at Roselawn Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of Fentress Mortuary.
He was survived by his wife Betty Evans, one son Kirk Allen Evans of Fort Smith; mother Connie Choate of Fort Smith; father Frank Evans of Sierra Vista, Arizona; two sisters Cyndi Warren Miller of Fort Smith, Laura Evans of Dickson, Tennessee; two brothers Larry and Mark Evans both of Fort Smith and paternal grandmother Eunice Evans of Alma, Arkansas.
