Barbara Azlin, 73, of Fort Smith, passed from this life October 24, 2016 in Fort Smith.
She was born, September 5, 1943, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to the late Charles and Dorothy Parker Leonard.
She had worked as a bookkeeper for Best Friends Animal Clinic.
She is survived by her daughter, Dorothy Preston and her husband Andrew of Fort Smith; two grandchildren, Alexander and Grace Preston; her sister, Margaret Sorrells of Fort Smith, as well as her brother, Charles Leonard of Punta Gorda, Florida.
Funeral services will be 10:00am Thursday, October 27, 2016 at Christ the King Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Roselawn Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
