*Obituary
Lillie Inez Middlebrook, 89, of Fort Smith died Saturday, July 3, 1999, in a local hospital. She was a former employee of Armour Heights Oak and Lodge Nursing Home.
Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Monday at Oak Valley Cemetery in Lavaca under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home Chapel of Fort Smith.
She is survived by three daughters, Betty J. Stanley and Shirley Middlebrook, both of Fort Smith, and Deonea Yamauchi of Sprindale; one son, James Middlebrook of Fort Smith; 18 grandchildren; and 35 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Danny Molina, Edward Boyd, Rusty Boyd, Jesse Barlow, James Swank Jr. and Marvin Travis.
