Elizabeth Ann "Miss Liz" Noel, who resided in Lavaca, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, February 26, 2014 in Fort Smith.
She was born October 18, 1950 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to the late Harlan Graham and Vivian (Smithson) Graham. She was 63 years old.

She was also preceded in death by one sister, Shirley Cross.

Liz was owner and operator of "Miss Liz Daycare" for 31 years in Lavaca. She was a 1968 graduate of Lavaca High School, and was a member of Lavaca First Baptist Church.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 1st, at First Baptist Church in Lavaca, with the Rev. Eric Green officiating. Burial will be at Oak Valley Cemetery, located south of Lavaca, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.

She is survived by her husband, Tommy; two sons, Jonathan Noel and wife Ashley and Benjamin Noel and wife Latisha, all of Lavaca; three sisters, Selma Green, Ruth Burnett, and Jennifer Stewart, all of Lavaca; six grandchildren, Maddox, Jakob, Hudson, Ava, Presley, and Vivienne.

Pallbearers will be Justin Green, Cory Green, Anthony Burnett, Daniel Burnett, Josh Stewart, and Terrell King.

Honorary pallbearers will be Rayburn Green, Danny Cross, John Stewart, Mike Burnett, Curtis McKee, and Bo Gibson.
