Emogene Dillard Clark, 89, of Van Buren, went to be with the Lord on Monday, June 23, 2014 at her home.
She was born April 18, 1925 in Lavaca to the late Forest and Rosa Dillard.
She was a homemaker, and also worked at the Boston Store and Dixie Cup. She was a member of the Concord Baptist Church in Van Buren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond C. Clark, and a daughter, Gaylene McRaven.
She is survived by a daughter, Cindy Clark of Alma; a son, Charles David Bailey of Van Buren; a sister, Edith Hudson of Van Buren; two brothers, Ivan Dillard of Alma, and Erbie Dillard of Van Buren; two grandchildren, Shanon Hart of Harrisburg, NC, and Eric McRaven of Benton, AR; and a great-granddaughter, Kaeden Lutz of Harrisburg, NC.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 26, 2014 at Concord Baptist Church in Van Buren, with interment to follow at Oak Valley Cemetery in Lavaca, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
Pallbearers will be Mark Pulliam, John Inge, Tony McMurray, Stephen Dooley, Rick Patrick, and Justin Cristee. Honorary pallbearers will be Justin Cristee, Jarek Pulliam, Maurice Inge, Lynn Inge, Mike Wilcox, Bruce Suggs, Charles Shelley, and Dennie Dillard.
