Bernice, La. - Mrs. Lucy Britt Anglin, 83, of Junction City, La., died Wednesday morning in a hospital here after a long illness. She is survived by one son, William E. Anglin, Virginia Beach, Va.; three daughters, Mrs. Joe Schlatre of Texarkana, Tex., Mrs. Pearl Dougherty of Dallas, Tex., and Mrs. Bert Sandifer of Liberty, Tex.; three sisters, Mrs. Floyd Fuller of Junction City, Ark., Mrs. Pearl Byrd of El Dorado and Mrs. Willie Risinger of El Dorado; 25 grandchildren; and a number of great grandchildren and a number of great-great- grandchildren. Mrs. Anglin was a native of Union County, Ark., and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Junction City with the Rev. Harold Cook officiating. Burial will be in Rose Lawn Cemetery in Junction City under direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Bernice. (El Dorado Times - November 21, 1968)
