Lowell Albert Webb was born on June 20, 1939 to Wilma Cline Phillips Webb and Albert Zachariah Webb Sr. in Figure Five, Arkansas.
He married Barbara Jean Norried on December 20, 1975. They were together 31 years before Barbara's passing on September 17, 2007. They were reunited on January 5, 2008.
Lowell loved hunting and fishing with his brother, Junior, and his youngest son, Justin. He was an honest, hardworking man, and a loving son, brother, husband, father, and papa.

Barbara Jean Norried Webb was born on October 11, 1953 to Hazel Farr Norried and Harvey Dee Norried in Greenwood, Arkansas.
She married Lowell Albert Webb on December 20, 1975. They were together 31 years before her passing on September 17, 2007. They were reunited on January 5, 2008.
Barbara was a member of Hackett First Baptist Church. She enjoyed singing the gospel and spending time with her family.
She was a devoted wife, and a loving mother to her three children:
