Mr. Clarence LaFleur, of Greenwood, Arkansas, died Tuesday, June 25, 2013, in Greenwood. Mr. LaFleur was 89 years old. he was a retired employee of Whirlpool Corporation of Fort Smith, Arkansas; an an World War II ARMY veteran. He was also a member of the Greenwood Church of Christ; and was active in Sebastian County 4-H in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
Mr. LaFleur was preceded in death by his parents; and his beloved wife: Freda LaFleur.
He is survived by 2 sons: Dallas LaFleur and Alan LaFleur; 1 brother: Curtis LaFleur; 1 sister: Adeline (LaFleur) Dowsey; 2 grandsons: Robert laFleur and Ryan LaFleur; 3 great-granddaughters: Damaris, Bianca, and Maia LaFleur.
Funeral service was held on Friday, June 28, 2013, at Greenwood Church of Christ.
Pallbearers were: Gary Dawsey, Stanley Trotter, Steve Jones, Bill Faulkner, Brad Floyd and Sean Holland.
Honorary pallbearers were: Paul Carter, Reuel Holland, Bill Laster, and Gerald Ware.
