Adolphe M. McDaniel, 71, of Central City died Monday, April 3, 2000, in a Fort Smith hospital.

He retired from Arkansas Casket Company in Fort Smith. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church of Jenny Lind.

Funeral was Wednesday at Faith Baptist Church of Jenny Lind with burial at Dawson Cemetery in Milltown under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.

He is survived by his wife, Katherine; two sons, Stan of Fort Smith and Wes of London; two brothers, Arthur of Meade, Kan., and Aubrey of Fort Smith; and two granddaughters, Sara and Megan McDaniel.

Pallbearers were the men's Sunday school class of Faith Baptist Church of Jenny Lind.

Katherine Irene McDaniel, 82, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2011 in a Fort Smith hospital. She was retired from Whirlpool, member of Faith Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Adolphe McDaniel and her daughter-in-law, Dusty McDaniel.

Ms. McDaniel is two sons, Stan McDaniel and wife, Jo Ann of Fort Smith and Wes McDaniel of London, AR; two grandchildren, Sara McDaniel of Chicago, IL and Megan Goins and husband, Trent of Fort Smith; her sister-in-law, Maebelle Steele of Fort Smith and other family and friends including special friends at Willow Brook; other relatives and a host of good friends.

Funeral service was held on Thursday, December 1, 2011, at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood, Arkansas with burial at Dawson Cemetery in Milltown, Arkansas.
