Dona Sue Cochran Ellenwood, 52, of Milltown died Thursday, Oct. 20, 2011, in her home. She was born Oct. 16, 1959, in Prairie Grove. Sue was a home-maker, member of Greenwood First Baptist Church, member of La Leche League International and Faith Home School and a retired social worker. She completed the 2008 Walt Disney World Marathon two years after being diagnosed with cancer. She graduated with an associate art degree from Colley College and with bachelor of arts and master of social work degrees from the University of Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her father, Harrell Cochran.

Survivors include her husband, Dr. Drew Samuel Ellenwood of the home; two daughters, Lucy Wright and husband Matt of Norman, Okla., and Meredith Ellenwood of the home; two sons, Samuel Ellenwood of Fort Smith and Griffin Ellenwood of the home; two sisters, Sara Whisler of Little Elm, Texas, and Angie Cochran of Tulsa; and her mother, Ruby Cochran of Greenwood.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Monday at the Greenwood First Baptist Church with burial at Dawson Cemetery under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.
Pallbearers will be Bryan Feero, Ken Frederick, Kevin Thralkill, Dr. T. Wade Toalson, Greg Cabe and David Purifoy.
