Dimple Stockton 85, of Lavaca, AR. entered into rest on October 2, 2009 in Fort Smith, AR. She was born July 31, 1924 in Lavaca, Ar.

She was of the Baptist faith and she retired from Klein Tool in 1984.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Stockton, two brothers, Alvin Sutherland and Harold Sutherland, five sisters, Genevie Owens, Geneva Jackson, Beulah Douglas, Ruby Hooper and Wanda.

She is survived by two sisters, Dorothy Steel of Nevada and Faye Wilson of California, four daughters, Wilma Davis of Lavaca, Janet Mantooth of Charleston, Linda Mizell of Fort Smith and Dianna Caughlin of Tulsa, five sons, William Sutherland of Lavaca, Jerry Stockton of Lavaca, Harold Stockton of Charleston, Curtis Stockton of Lavaca and Ray Dean Stockton of Lavaca, thirteen grandchildren, Lance Davis, Brenda Roth, Keith Sutherland, Todd Sutherland, Jeff Stockton, Jeremy Stockton, Melissa Tygart, Regina Mosley, Angela Mizell, Zackary Stockton, Michelle Turley, Leroy Stockton, and Wade Chronister, and sixteen great-grandchildren.

Funeral Service was at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Lavaca, AR. with interment at Hickory Ridge Cemetery in Lavaca, AR.

Pallbearers were Curtis Stockton, Jerry Stockton, Ray Dean Stockton, Lance Davis, Zackery Stockton and Leroy Stockton.
