Modean Sosebee, 82, of Lavaca, AR. entered into rest on Thursday, September 13, 2012 in Fort Smith, AR.
She was born January 10, 1930 in the Oak Valley Community to the late Elmer and Eula Mae Morris.

She was the widow of the late Archie Sosebee.

She was preceded in death by 3 sisters and 2 brothers.

She is survived by two daughters Carolyn Sosebee of Lavaca, AR. and Tammy Farmer and husband Robert of Lavaca, AR., one son Roy Dale Sosebee of Lavaca, AR., one sister Johny Bishop and husband Charley (Mr. Wonderful) of Greenwood, AR., two brothers J.D. Morris of Lavaca, AR. and Homer Morris and wife Martha of Lavaca, AR., four grandchildren Jennie Atnip, Samantha and Ginger Sosebee and Madison Stoudt, three great grandchildren and two step great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 17, 2012 at Union Baptist Church in Lavaca, AR. with interment at Hickory Ridge Cemetery in Lavaca, AR.

Pallbearers will be Danny Uselton, Chris Newman, Donnie Uselton, Ronnie Schmalz, Corey Dobson and Jim Gattis Honorary pallbearers will be Jackie Uselton, Donald Uselton and Joe Morris. Arrangements are under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, AR.
