Wife of William Ellis Yates
Barbara A. Yates, 69, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2004, in Fort Smith. She was a retired bond clerk and a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Ellis Yates; a son Carl Morton Yates, and her father, Eugene Roddy.
She is survived by her daughter, her son, her mother and five grandchildren.
Funeral Mass was held at 10 a.m. at St. Boniface Catholic Church with her good friend Father Bill Elser officiating. Interment was at Calvary Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home of Fort Smith.
