Rebecca Dawne Taylor, 65 of El Dorado, AR; left this earth surrounded by family and entered into the arms of her Lord and Savior on Saturday, July 10, 2021 at St. Vincent Hospital in Little Rock. Born on July 1, 1956 in El Dorado; she was the daughter of Monroe and Mary Jo Howard Taylor.

She was a nurse at Oak Ridge Nursing Home, where she had such a love for her patients and work family.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, Monroe and Mary Jo Taylor, her grandparents O.L. and Ruth Anderson, Charles and Mary Taylor, and her special cousin Max Taylor.

Survivors are a daughter Jennifer McElroy (Mark); son Josh Dumas; sisters Diane Anders (Richard) and Mona Taylor; her grandchildren Taylor McElroy, Hannah McElroy, Cory Smith, Nick McElroy; great granddaughter Amaya Sims; nephews Clint Anders, Jason Martisek (Brooke); niece Bethany Gee (Jared) and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 from noon until funeral time at Calion Assembly of God Church, Calion AR. Funeral services will be at 2 pm with Bro. Gerald Taylor and Bro. Pete Elliott officiating. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park, Hwy. 335, Norphlet, AR.

Pallbearers will be Clint Anders, Jared Gee, Jason Martisek, Mike McGough, Roland Ponthieux, Chuck Taylor, Gerald Taylor, Pete Howard and Paul Manning.
