Kenneth Wayne Dumas of El Dorado went to be with his Lord on Friday, August 3, 2012 at the age of 50. He was born March 1, 1962 in El Dorado, AR to Ralph and Patricia Ann (Cassity) Dumas.
Kenneth was a Purchasing Manager for Graphic Packaging International in West Monroe. He was also of the Church of Christ Faith. Kenneth loved the outdoors whether it was hunting, fishing, going to the lake or volunteering with the Boy Scouts. But his greatest joy came from spending time with his family. He especially enjoyed watching his girls at the ballet recitals.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 28yrs, Sharon Lynn Dumas of El Dorado, AR; one son, Justin Tyler Dumas of El Dorado, AR; two daughters, Kimberly Michelle Growns and husband, Kevin Michael of Star City, AR; Emily Nicole Dumas of El Dorado, AR; his mother, Patricia Ann Floyd and husband, John of El Dorado, AR; one sister, Devona Sue Garris and husband, Paul David of Magnolia, AR; two step brothers, Chris Floyd and wife, Dana of Benton, AR and Jason Floyd of El Dorado, AR; one step sister, Melanie Glover of Benton, AR; sister in law, Kathy Tighe of El Dorado, AR; brother in law, Victor Childs and wife, Debbie of El Dorado, AR; three nieces, Megan Elizabeth Garris of Magnolia, AR; Nina Tighe of El Dorado, AR; Carrigan Floyd of Benton, AR; two nephews, David Tighe of El Dorado, AR; Corbin Floyd of Benton, AR; three aunts, Sharon Gililland and husband, Don of Danville, AR; Deborah Darbee and husband, Kevin of Havana, AR; Gail Cassity of Havana, AR; four uncles, Eddie Dumas and wife, Lonez of El Dorado, AR; Bob Cassity of Waveland, AR; Bill Cassity and wife, Carmen of Springfield, VA; Doyle Cassity and wife, Lisa of Angleton, TX; numerous cousins and a host of friends.
Visitation will be from Thursday evening 7-9pm at Bailey Funeral Home in El Dorado.
Funeral services will be 10:00am, Friday, August 10, 2012 at College Avenue Church of Christ with David Bailey officiating. Burial will follow at Rest Haven Cemetery under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home of El Dorado, AR.
Pallbearers will be Steve Craig, Steve Bell, Steve Defee, Eddie Bobo, Craig Jones, Homer Newton, Cliff Vick, Ben Hastings.
