*Obituary

Linda Louise Keathley, 71, of Conway, Arkansas, gained her hard-earned wings on February 14, 2022. She left this earth exactly how she hoped, lovingly surrounded by family. With unwavering strength, tremendous determination, and a dash of stubbornness, Linda fought numerous illnesses the last 8 years of her life. Though we will miss her terribly, we are elated that she is whole now and we find comfort in knowing these 2 things: She is in the arms of the Lord, and she suffers no more.

Linda was born September 27, 1950, in Conway, Arkansas to the late Gerald Robinson and Joy Petty. She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Alice Martin; and one granddaughter, Shelby Elaine Gray.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Eldon Keathley; three daughters, Joy Gray and husband Jeff of Vilonia, Robin Noble and husband Michael of Conway, Mindy Allison and husband Tim of Conway; one son, Clint Keathley of Conway; one brother, Harold Robinson and wife Martha of Jacksonville; one sister, Patsy Story and husband Merrell of Greenbrier; 12 grandchildren, McKenzie Cotton and husband Houston, Morgan Cole and husband Zac, Mitchell Gray, Mason Noble, Vivian Noble, Hudson Noble, Kate Allison, Cooper Allison, Kyle Allison, Cameron Keathley, Caden Keathley, and Carson Keathley; two great-grandchildren, Josie Cotton and Jackson Cotton, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Linda built a beautiful family with the love of her life. Married very young, Eldon and Linda grew up together, loving and protecting each other. Some of the blessings from their 54 years of marriage include the previously mentioned 4 children, 13 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.

Linda's faith and family were her most cherished treasures. Linda loved the Lord and was a devout member of the First Pentecostal Church in North Little Rock, where she attended for many years until her health issues made it too difficult.

She was a wonderful wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her grands affectionately called her Nanny, which over the years was shortened to Nans. Linda enjoyed spoiling her grands. She loved her family fiercely and unconditionally. She always took care of her family, and it showed.

Following her gift of taking care of others, Linda served as a nurse in various fields. She took care of the elderly in nursing homes, worked in home health, and eventually found her way to the Conway Human Development Center working with the disabled and mentally challenged. She served as a Unit Supervisor for many years before she retired.

Some of her hobbies included shopping, reading, and puzzles of any kind. She was a wonderful cook! She enjoyed reading cookbooks and finding new recipes. In her younger years, she made yummy pies and desserts for Stoby's Restaurant in Conway.

Deep heartfelt thanks to the wonderful care Linda received from Hospice Home Care. Special blessings who touched our hearts throughout this process are Dawn, Suzette, Dominique, Mary, and Charlene.

Visitation will be Friday, February 18 from 1-2PM, with service immediately following at 2PM at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway. Interment will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park in Conway, Arkansas. Tim Allison and Joel Holmes will officiate.
