Mary Louise Owen, 84, a lifelong resident of Fort Smith, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2016.
She was born Feb. 28, 1932, in Fort Smith to the late Charles and Margaret Reed.
She was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church and a homemaker. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack D. Owen; and her daughter, Victoria T. Owen; and one son, Jack Daniel Owen.
Rosary will be said at 6p.m. today at Fentress Mortuary Chapel. Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Fentress Mortuary Chapel with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
Mrs. Owen is survived by four sons, Kenneth Owen of Fort Smith,David Owen of El Sobrante, Calif., Christopher Owen of Stoney Ford, Calif., and Stephen Owen of Fort Smith; as well as seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Kenneth, David, Christopher, and Stephen Owen, Joseph Savoy and Earl Newton.
