Sue T. Murphy passed away on July 07, 2014 in Kerrville. She was born Sept. 29, 1922 to Edna and Henry Tucker of Strong, Arkansas. She graduated from Strong High School in 1940 where she played basketball. She enjoyed reminiscing about her teammates and friends. Sue married Joe B. Murphy of El Dorado, Arkansas in April of 1941. They spent over 60 years together and enjoyed traveling around the world. She was a lifetime member of United Methodist Women. Sue enjoyed dancing and spending time with friends. She was preceded in death by her brother, Boykin Tucker and husband. She is survived by her beloved sister, Billy Vinson Davis of Mt. Holly of Arkansas; her children, Larry Murphy and wife Debbie of Hunt and Linda Goodgame and husband Jim of Spokane, Washington. She proudly displayed pictures of her grandchildren Kim, Jennifer, Scott, Angela and Michael and great grandchildren, Ashley, Shelby, Colton and Bella. She has many nieces and nephews that she enjoyed. The family wishes to thank the staff at Plaza on the River, Sterling House and Alamo Hospice of Kerrville, TX.
