Mrs. Betty Thorpe, 76, of Conway, Arkansas, died Thursday, March 8, 2007 at a local hospital.
Betty was born October 28, 1930, a daughter of the late Raymond and Mary Hetzel. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Dan Thorpe and a sister, Marian. Mrs. Thorpe was retired from Round Mountain Meat Packing and enjoyed Square Dancing and was with the Rebel Reelers Dancing Group. Mrs. Thorpe was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Conway.
She is survived by children, Judy Fulton and husband Mark of Little Rock; Dana Kelly and husband Tom of Santa Ana, California; Douglas Thorpe and wife Debbie of Conway; a brother, Eldon Hetzel of Colorado; Freda Shaffer and Mona Rodgers, both of Arizona; grandchildren, Kirk Moses, Ryan Thorpe, Carie Green, Jim Lesslie Thorpe, Rachel Elizabeth Thorpe, Ryan Kelly, Erin Kelly, Casie Kelly; great-grandchildren, Cody Thorpe, Logan Green, Payton Green, Ethan Moses and Gabriel Moses.
