Beverly Ann “Polly” Crafton, age 78, of Russellville, passed peacefully and comfortably in her home on Saturday, May 28, 2022. She was born on November 29, 1943, in Conway, to W.F. “Bud” and Farrell Lee Beard.

Beverly was a member of First Baptist Church of Russellville and a former member of Second Baptist Church of Conway. She worked at Millard-Henry Clinic for 20 years. She enjoyed having lunch with her friends, watching the Razorbacks, her yearly beach vacations to Florida with her family and loved spending time at home.

She graduated in May 1961, from Conway High School, was married in 1962, and moved to Russellville in 1974.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy D. Crafton; grandparents, A.P. and Alta Sowell, and Lanzy and Gertrude Beard.

She is survived by two daughters, Kelli Crafton and LeeAnne Langley (Bart Langley) all of Russellville; sisters, Jo Brazear (Gary Brazear) of North Little Rock and Kim Beard of Conway; and nephews and nieces, Melissa Holman, Matt Brazear, Brooks Brazear, Lori Bowren and Luke Beard.

The graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 2, 2022, at Crestlawn Memorial Park in Conway with Dr. Stephen Davis officiating and under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.

Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, Russellville Baptist Academy, 200 S Denver Ave., Russellville, Arkansas 72801.

Pallbearers will be Bart Langley, Eddie Bowren, Brooks Brazear, Matt Brazear, Luke Beard, Gary Brazear and Andy McNeill.
