Martha A. Baldwin 88, of Alexander, Arkansas went to be with her Lord Saturday, October 22, 2016. She was born January 2, 1928 in Forrest City, Arkansas to James Franklin and Lucy Mae (Harbin) Hastings.
She attended Soda Valley Baptist Church and was a lifetime member of the Eastern Star. Martha was a homemaker, great seamstress, loved flowers and was an amazing cook. She was a great "Mawmaw" who loved spending time with her grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, spouse, Monroe Baldwin, Sr., a baby boy, four brothers, and two sisters.
She is survived by her children, Connie Marie Scarbrough, Katherine Ann Jarrett, James Conner, Frank Conner, Ollie Monroe Baldwin, Jr., Martha Ann Palmer and Vivian Baldwin Gullick, fourteen grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, one sister Dorothy Hastings, many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
Pallbearers: Bill Palmer, Jeremy Palmer, Hunter Pugh, Austin Price, Jeff Price and Michael Heagwood.
Funeral Service will be 1:00pm Friday, October 28, 2016 at Roller McNutt Funeral Home Chapel Greenbrier, Arkansas with Pastor Monroe Baldwin, Jr., officiating. Interment will follow in Thorn Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service.

Ollie Monroe Baldwin Sr., 74, of Greenbrier died Thursday. He was born September 4, 1929 in Askew, Mississippi to the late Richard and Eunice Cowell Baldwin. He was a retired letter carrier with the U. S. Postal Service, a mason and a member of the Soda Valley Freewill Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife Martha Hastings Baldwin of Greenbrier, four daughters, Martha Palmer of Little Rock, Connie Scarborough of Salem, Katherine Jarrett of Greenbrier and Vivian Baldwin Gullick of Clarksdale, Mississippi, three sons, Ollie Monroe Baldwin Jr. of Walnut Ridge, James Conner of Briggsville, Arkansas and Frank Conner of Harrison. Services are 2 p.m. Saturday in the Chapel of Roller-McNutt in Greenbrier with burial in Thorn Cemetery and Bro. Bob McDaniel officiating. Visitation will be before the service. Pallbearers are Keith Woodrome, Mark Welter, Todd Welter, Bill Jarrett, Bill Palmer and Billy Joe Haley.
