Janet Anne Glover Davis, of Little Rock, Arkansas was granted her Angel Wings on April 6, 2022 at the age of 71. After a long battle with cancer, she died peacefully at her home, surrounded by family. Janet was born September 18, 1950 in Honolulu, Hawaii. Being a daughter of a Chief Petty Officer in the Navy, she moved around a lot during her childhood, including Kodiak, Alaska and San Diego, California. She eventually settled in Little Rock where she graduated from Hall High School and University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Being the adventurist that she is, Janet enjoyed several years as a flight attendant with American Airlines.
Janet is preceded in death by her mother and father, Patricia and Ross Glover. Janet is survived by her devoted husband, Glenn Davis, loving children, Warren Davis (Allison) and Katherine Mentzer (Drew), grandchildren Thomas Mentzer, Hannah Mentzer, Charley Anne Mentzer, Pierce Davis, Berkley Davis, and Tanner Davis, her older brother, Ross Glover, her younger sister, Stacy Glover, several nieces and nephews, and a multitude of friends.
Janet wanted to thank the wonderful angels at CARTI who held her hands and heart in prayer through her cancer journey: Dr. Diane Wilder, Dr. Edgar St. Amour, Katie Dunn, RN, Tiffany Willis, and Julie Favorite. The love and care you gave Janet could not be learned in medical school; you were born with this compassion.
