Mrs. Catherine E. DeLagrange Hallsted, 66 yearts old, of 206 South 13th Street, Van Buren, Arkansas, died Wednesday, March 23, 1966 in a local Rest Home from an illness of several months. Her husband was the late R. H. Hallsted.
She was the daughter of the late Edward G. and Sarah McFadden DeLagrange. A member of St. Michael's Catholic church and the Altar Society, she was a graduate of St. John's school of nursing in Fort Smith, Arkansas and a member of the American Red Cross.
Survivors are, one sister, Mary; two brothers; one step-daughter, Dovie; and several nieces and nephews.
A rosary service was held in Ocker Funeral Home Friday evening. The funeral service was held at 9 a.m. Saturday in St. Michael's Church with the pastor William E. Kane, officiating. Burial was in the family lot at Calvary cemetery in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
