Nata Mae (Rowe) Brasher, 71 of the Milner Community near McNeil, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2013 at Christus St. Michael Health System in Texarkana, Texas. She was born on May 15, 1941 in Ouachita County, Arkansas to the late Lonnie James and Lila Mae (Clay) Rowe. She is preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, James Rowe and L. J. Rowe; and three sisters, Opheia Dale, Estelle Nalley, and Frances Cathey. Nata Mae is survived by her husband Dale Brasher; daughter Amy Craig and husband Jeff all of McNeil, Arkansas; son Glen Brasher and wife DeDe of Waldo, Arkansas; three grandchildren, Amber Thompson of Magnolia and husband Jonathan Thompson, United States Marine Corp stationed in Afghanistan, Will Ellis and wife Kristin of McNeil, Zac Brasher and Blair Pharr of Magnolia; four great grandchildren, Rylie Brasher of Waldo, Olivia Thompson and Liam Thompson of Magnolia, and Colton Ellis of McNeil; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be Monday, April 15, 2013 at 10:00 am at Lewis Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Lonnie Warren officiating. Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., in Magnolia. Visitation with the family will be Sunday evening from 6:00 to 7:00 pm at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Chris Teutsch, Mike Teutsch, Mickey Ward, Dewayne Snider, Bobby Cook, and John Paul Edington.
