Deborah Ruth Derrick, 61, of Atkins, passed away Saturday, November 17, 2012, at her home.

She was born December 29, 1950, in Claremore, Oklahoma, the daughter of Vernon and Betty Quick Damron.

She worked as an interpreter for the hearing impaired and as a teacher's aide for Russellville Public Schools. She was a member and pianist of the Living Church of God in Russellville.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Dustin Ray Damron.

She is survived by her husband, Jackson Derrick of Atkins; parents; son and daughter-in-law, Scott and April Derrick of Atkins; 2 daughters and sons-in-law, BriAnne and husband Christopher Clover of Russellville and Dusti and husband Shawn Yarber of Russellville; 6 grandchildren, Memphis, Charlie and Castor Derrick, Matthew and Carter Clover, and Cash Yarber; brother and sister-in-law, David and wife Debi Damron of Loveland, Colorado; and sister, Madonna Damron of Russellville.

Funeral services are 10:30 AM Tuesday, November 20, at Lemley Chapel with Elder J. Davy Crockett officiating. Burial is in McFadden Cemetery by Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins. Visitation is from 6:00-8:00 PM Monday.

Pallbearers are Harvey Derrick, Andrew Derrick, Travis Derrick, August Kelly, Gregory Burns and Jacob Warren.
