December 31, 1938 - September 2021
Iva Jean Weir, 82, of Russellville, died Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at her home. The daughter of Leonard Otho, Sr., and Evelyn (Smith) Elliott, she was born December 31, 1938, in Dover.
She was a day care worker, enjoyed gardening, country gospel music, and was a member of the Bible Baptist Church of Russellville.
She was preceded in death by her husband Carroll D. Weir; her parents; and two brothers, Leonard Otho Elliott and Lynell Elliott.
She is survived by her twin sister, Jane Chilton of Dover; her sister, Freida Davenport (Jimmy) of Russellville; a sister-in-law, Judy Elliott of Dardanelle; and many nephews and nieces.
Funeral Service will be held at 10:00AM, Saturday, September 18, 2021, at Humphrey Chapel. Rev. Jason Walcott will officiate. Burial will be at McFadden Cemetery in Dover, by Humphrey Funeral Service.
