He was 78 years old and is survived by his wife, Colleen; 4 daughters, Mary Duncan of Dyer, Linda Dempsey and Laura Davis, both of Alma, and Alice Johnson of Van Buren; a son, James Stevenson of Van Buren; a sister, Zoe Tankersley of Springtown, TX; a brother Robert Stevenson of Dennison, TX; 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

July 12, 1931 - June 26, 2017

Colleen Stevenson, 85 of Van Buren passed away Monday, June 26, 2017 in a local nursing home.

She was a retired office manager of Edwards Abstract Company in Van Buren and was a member of New Bethel United Methodist Church in Van Buren.

She was preceded in death by her parents Albert & Hilda (Atkins) Rozell and was the widow of James Stevenson.

Funeral services will be 4PM, Thursday, June 29, 2017 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial to follow at Gracelawn Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

She is survived by four daughters Alice Johnson and her husband Dennis of Van Buren, Janie Davis of Alma, Mary Beth Duncan and her husband Don of Dyer and Linda Ruth of Alma; one brother James Stevenson of Van Buren; ten grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Matt Davis, Michael Johnson, Zachary Johnson, Jacobi Johnson, Michael Stevenson, Koty Ruth and Eli Ruth.
