Mace Schlegel, 97, of Van Buren, Arkansas died Sunday, February 14, 1988 at a Van Buren nursing home.
The retired owner and operator of Mace's Bakery of Van Buren and a member of the city Heights United Methodist Church in Van Buren. He is survived by his wife, three daughters, seven grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, a nephew and a niece.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at Edwards Van-Alma Chapel with Revs. Bill Kelton and Ron Williamson officiating. Burial was at Gracelawn Cemetery.
