Tom W. Lewallen, 72, of Claremore, OK passed away on Wednesday, April 11, 2012 in his home. He was a retired Speech Pathologist for Western Arkansas Counseling and Guidance Center, a charter member of Oak Bower Christian Center where he was a Sunday school teacher, a member of the American Legion, a U. S. Air Force Veteran, a former resident of Mulberry, Arkansas and the widower of Barbara (Renfro) Lewallen. He was born February 13, 1940 in Springdale, AR to the late Carlos and Grace (Wallace) Lewallen. Survivors include three daughters, Cindy Bryant and husband Mike of Claremore, OK, Donna Edwards and husband Jimmy of Fort Smith and Dana Wilkinson of Mulberry, AR; one son Dave Wilkinson of Mulberry, AR; one sister, Rosalee Travis and husband Ed of Springdale, AR; 7 Grandchildren, Savannah Sewell, Kori Wilkinson, Josh Bryant, Shai Wilkinson, Danielle Bryant, Jessica Bryant and Isaac Bryant and 1 Great Grandchild, Madisen Jacinto. Services will be 2:00 P.M. , Saturday, April 14, 2012 at Oak Bower Christian Center in Mulberry with interment in Piney Cemetery. The family will visit with friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Friday evening at Ocker Funeral Home of Alma, 917 Hwy. 64 East, Alma, AR. Pallbearers will be Dave Wilkinson, Jimmy Edwards, Greg Travis, Larry Renfro, Tom Bates, Virgil Huff and Marcus Melton. Honorary Pallbearers will be Olen Jackson and Edgar Tweety.
