James R. Murray
SUMMERS -- James R. "Dick" Murray, 78, of Summers died Dec. 31, 2010, on his farm in Cincinnati. He was born Dec. 5, 1932, in Grenville, N.M., to Wayne David and Esther E Purvines Murray.

He was a dedicated Husband, father, grandfather and dairy farmer. He served in the United States Marine Corps.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Gregory Richard Murray.

Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Delphia Murray of the home; two sons, Michael Steven Murray and wife Kathy of Cincinnati, and Greggory J. Murray and wife Tammie of Siloam Springs; one daughter Patricia J. Murray Stickler and husband Jim of Prairie Grove; two brothers, Wayne David Murray Jr. and wife Edith of Prescott, Ariz., Donald W. Murray and wife Anne of Rindge, N.H.; one sister, Judith Lynn Revell and husband Lee; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 8, at the Summers Missionary Baptist Church in Summers with Paul Young officiating. Burial will be in the Old Union Cemetery in Cincinnati. No graveside services will be held.

In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to the Cincinnati Fire Department, in care of John Randolph, 24088 West Cincinnati WC 808, Summers, AR 72769.

CINCINNATI -- Delphia Mae Murray, age 81, a resident of Cincinnati, Ark., passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2017, at her home. She was born Dec. 29, 1935, in Clayton, N.M., the daughter of Frank James and Persis (Palmer) Bannon.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James "Dick" Murray and an infant son, Gregory Richard Murray.

Survivors include her two sons, Michael S. Murray and wife Kathy of Cincinnati, Ark., and Greggory J. Murray and wife Tammie of Siloam Springs, Ark.; one daughter, Pattie Stickler and husband Jim of Prairie Grove, Ark.; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be Saturday, March 18, 2017, at 2 p.m. at the Summers Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Old Union Cemetery. There will be no graveside services held.
