Margaret Faye Smith Cantrel Wood was born on Sept. 25, 1919 in Cincinnati, AR to Joe Harrell and Katherine Ruth May Smith. She departed this life on Saturday, Feb.1, 2014 in Siloam Springs, AR at the age of 94.

She was a wonderful woman. Margaret loved her family and the time she spent with them. She was an excellent seamstress. Margaret enjoyed playing the piano and cooking for family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her daughter: Barbara Cantrel, husband: Robert Wood, stepdaughter Beverly Wood Marveggio and husband Brad, brothers: Pat, Delmer, Carter, and Billy, sisters: Nellie Mankins, Mary "Sue" Smith and Betty Joe Smith.

Margaret is survived by her sister: Shirley Johnson and husband J.D. of Cincinnati, sister-in-law Sigrid Smith of Cincinnati, Son: Kenneth Cantrel and wife Laura Lee of Westville, OK, grandson: Chris Lee and wife Shannon of Lincoln, AR, Granddaughter: Andrea Cantrel of Jenks, OK; step-granddaughter: Kyla Trammell and husband Jared of Springdale, AR, step-grandson, Derek Marveggio and wife Kristyne of Springdale, AR, great grandchildren: Jacob Cantrel, Dalton Lee, Cayden Lee, step great grands: Tyler Choate, Breeley Trammell, Emmersyn Marveggio.
