Mr. Kiser was a member of Mountainburg Presbyterian Church. A U. S. Air Force Veteran of World War II and Korean War. He was a highly decorated Master Sergeant upon his retirement after 22 years of service. He also retired from NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX with 12 years of service and retired from Senior Citizens in Mt. Burg, AR
He was preceded in death by his wife, Johnnie Ruth Hargis Kiser; a sister, Louise Blair and a Brother, Lawrence Kiser.
Survived by a daughter, Ann Treat of Mt. Burg, AR; 3 Granddaughters,
Andrea Walker of Mt. Burg, AR; Jana Turner of Rogers, AR; Brenda Deatherage of Red Oak, OK; 8 Great Grandsons, Brooke, Bryce and Brett Datherage, Jared, Jordan and Joshua Turner, Colin and Ian Walker
