Melissa Tippy was born on 10/17/1975 Heber Springs to Linda and Kenneth Ring. She was an Angel whom walked the earth. Her passion was bringing a little bit of "Heaven" to everyone she encountered. She adored her three children and three grandchildren: Jessica Britton, Jacob Tippy, Caleb Tippy, Jenah Rhodes, Jaxon Britton, Jesse James Rhodes. She died 06/14/2020. We will all miss you Momma\MeMe.
