Charley Lee Truelove, 75, of West Fork died Friday in his home. Born April 11, 1909, at Oklahoma City, the son of James D. and Katie Katherine Redding Truelove, he was a retired farmer and a former owner and operator of a retail fish market. He was a Baptist and a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, and moved to this area in 1948 from Oklahoma City.

Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Maxine England Truelove, of the home; two sons, David Truelove, of Minco, Okla., and Edward Truelove, of West Fork; two daughters, Mrs. Charline Dunkle, of West Fork, and Mrs Katherine Hays, of Fayetteville; two sisters, Mrs. Mattie Dobbs and Mrs. Ethel Precure, both of Oklahoma City; eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Moore's Chapel, with burial in the Brentwood Cemetery.

WEST FORK - Maxine N. Truelove, 98 of West Fork, Ark., died Sunday, June 24, 2012 in Fayetteville. She was born April 21, 1914 in Meriden, Kan., the daughter of Cornelius M. England and Mary E. Adams England.

She was a member of West Fork Baptist Church in West Fork, Ark., and was preceded in death by her husband, in 1985; and 2 sons, Charles David and Richard Lee Truelove.

Survivors include 2 daughters, Charline and husband, Calvin Dunkle of Bella Vista, Ark., Katherine Hays of Fayetteville; son, Edward and wife, Kimberly Truelove, of West Fork, Ark.; nine grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren and 17 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Thursday, June 28, 2012, at Moore’s Chapel. Private burial will be at Brentwood Cemetery under the direction of Moore’s Chapel.

No visitation is scheduled.
