STAMPS, Ark.— Helen Turnage Cox, 89, of Lewisville, Ark., died Wednesday, Sept. 29, 2010.
Mrs. Cox was born Jan. 1, 1921, in Hope, Ark. She was a retired licensed practical nurse, employee of Lafayette County Memorial Hospital and member of Lewisville Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Murry Cox.
Survivors include two sons and one daughter-in-law, Jerry and Mary Cox of Buckner, Ark., and Gary Cox of Lewisville; two grandchildren and grandchildren-in-law, Camille and Jeff Barton of Buckner and Stacy and Terry Vansickle of Village, Ark.; four great-grandchildren; two special nieces, Helen Jean Gaines and Joann Montgomery; and a number of other relatives.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Smith Funeral Home with Harley Sisson officiating. Burial will be in Wilson Cemetery, Lewisville.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
