Odessa Gay Moon, 88, of Lamar, Arkansas was born July 11, 1928 in Ravia, Oklahoma and passed away April 12, 2017 in Lamar, Arkansas.
She is preceded in death by her Husband, Louis Douglas Moon; Parents, Corbit Oliver Flud and Annie Shaw Flud; Daughters, Betty March and Dorothy McBride; Brothers, JC Flud, RV Flud, Jack Flud, and Floyd Flud; and sister, Sophie Dhane.
Survivors include her sons, Kenneth Joe Moon of Lamar and Billy Allen Moon and wife Tammy of Clarksville; daughters, Reba Studeman and husband Don of Oklahoma, Theresa Sowells and husband Robert of Lamar, and Norma McCormick of Van Buren; Brothers Leonard Flud of Oklahoma and Lloyd of Texas; sister, Clisteen Kellogg of Oklahoma; 20 grandchildren; 53 great-grandchildren; and 39 great-great-grandchildren.
The Graveside Service will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 14, 2017 at Minnow Creek Cemetery in Lamar.
Pallbearers will be Pete Wilson, Dustin Steudeman, Tommy Steudeman JR., Josh Moon, Robby Sowells, and Levi Sowells.
