Mr. Leon Isacon Buckley, 83 year old resident of 513 W. Tahlequah, Siloam Springs, died Tuesday, June 5, 1979, at the Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital. He was born in Kentucky August 15, 1895, the son of Sidney Pierce and Buena Vista Buckley and had been a resident of the Siloam Springs and Cincinnati, Ark., area for 50 years, moving here from Oklahoma.

Survivors include his wife, Lottie May (Nutter) Buckley of the home; four daughters, Mrs. Hazel
Hammer of Lynwood, Calif., Mrs. Doris McConnell of Cucamonga, Calif., Mrs. Betty Cline of Saugus, Calif., and Mrs. Donna Spears of Siloam Springs, Ark.; four sons, Lawrence Buckley and Dale Buckley, both of Norwalk, Calif., Bill Buckley of Saugus, Calif., and Edgar Buckley of Siloam Springs, Ark.; one brother, Grayson Buckley of Claremore, Okla.; two sisters, Mrs. Florence Braught of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Mrs. Opal Roach of California; thirty-three grandchildren and thirty-six great grandchildren.

Services for Mr. Buckley were held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 8, 1979, at the Wasson Memorial Chapel with Rev. Archie Duncan and Rev. Clyde Parson officiating. Burial was in the Old Union Cemetery at Cincinnati, Ark., with arrangements under the direction of the Wasson Funeral Home.
